Full Figured Fashion Week is pleased to announce the return of the most anticipated fashion event of the year for full figured women – FFFWeek® 2017! We have begun our search to showcase the best indie designers, boutiques and retailers whose collections are targeted towards full figured clientele.
FFFWeek® serves as a fashion platform to show the world just how vital and influential the plus size apparel market is and why we love it. That said, we are committed to producing a professional runway fashion showcase that will rival other Fashion Week showcases. If you are an independent designer, boutique or retailer of plus size fashions and would like to be considered for this year's showcase, please review the information below and submit your registration. Participation in FFFWeek® 2017 is by a selection process, so please submit your registration information as soon as possible before the showcase participation closes (usually by March 30th).
Here are the group showcase options available:
Package #1 – Independent (Indie) Designer Label – $2,000. Package includes:
- Venue, staging and lighting
- Hair & make-up team (note: hair & make-up looks for group showcase will be decided by FFFWeek®)
- 10 garment showcase; 10 runway models will be provided
- A pre-scheduled group fitting (June 15 - attendance is mandatory)
- Optional participation in our Expo on Thursday (you may sell at this event)
- 2 Passes to Opening Night Event (Sunday)
- 2 Passes to Press Event (Tuesday)
- 2 Passes to All White Cruise (Wednesday)
- 2 VIP Passes to the Runway Show (Saturday)
- 2 Passes to After Glow Reception (Saturday)
- Inclusion on event website with link to brand's website for one year
- Inclusion in our online and print marketing campaigns
- Photos of runway collection and video of individual runway showcase (Note: Videos will be distributed 4-6 weeks AFTER the event)
Package #2 – Boutiques – $2,500. Package includes:
- Venue, staging and lighting
- Hair & make-up team (note: hair and make-up look for group showcase will be decided by FFFWeek®)
- 12 garment showcase; 12 runway models will be provided
- A pre-scheduled group fitting (June 15 - attendance is mandatory)
- Optional participation in our Expo on Thursday (you may sell at this event)

- 2 passes to the All White Cruise
- 4 Passes to Opening Night Event (Sunday)

Requirements for Submission (ALL PACKAGES EXCEPT #4):
Fittings
Group Showcase participants will be required to attend a group fitting to fit models selected for their showcase. Please make note on your schedule that the group fitting will be scheduled on the morning of Wednesday, June 14th, so please make your travel plans accordingly – participation is mandatory. Due to the size of the showcase and travel schedules of the models, we are unable to accommodate individual fittings (with the exception of those who have registered for the private showcase (Package #4).
Registration Fees
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the showcase registration fee will be due 15 days from your acceptance into the show or your slot will be released. Please do not send any fees until you have been notified that you have been accepted into the showcase.. All registration balances are due on or before May 5, 2017. NOTE: If you are accepted into the showcase, pay a deposit and cancel your participation, your deposit will not be refunded. All deposits will be credited towards the next year’s showcase. Deposits that are not used the following year will be forfeited.
