As the Casting Director for FFFWeek® I am responsible for selecting the models that participate in any and all runway shows for FFFWeek. My responsibilities also include selecting the models for all of the designers participating in FFFWeek®.
I have been with FFFWeek® since it’s inception in 2009. In 2009 I was the Press Liaison, in 2010 I was given the position of Casting Director and have been in this position ever since.
I enjoy working with FFFWeek® because it brings me joy to help new models and watch veteran models see their dreams come true. A production like this was not around during my career as a plus sized model. FFFWeek is the ultimate validation for the model that is looking to expand her career in modeling. This production and all the networking that it brings allows models, hair & makeup artists, production people…pretty much ANYONE who aspires to begin a career in this industry; to have chance to meet and chat with people they often times would never get an opportunity to mingle with. This production has been known to launch and reignite the careers of quite a few models. How many productions can say that?
