FFFWeek™ is pleased to announce the return of the most anticipated fashion event
of the year for full figured women - FFFWeek™ 2012! We have begun our search to
showcase the best indie designer, boutique and retailer whose collections are targeted
towards full figured clientele.
FFFWeek™ serves as a fashion platform to show the world just how vital and influential
the plus size apparel market is and why we love it. That said, we are committed to
producing a professional runway fashion showcase that will rival other Fashion Week
showcases. If you are an independent designer, boutique or retailer of plus size fashions
and would like to be considered for our showcases, please review the information below
and register with us.
Here are the showcase options available:
Package #1 - Independent Designer Label - $1,500. Package includes
Venue, staging and lighting
Hair & make-up team (note: beauty look for showcase will be decided by
FFFWeek)
Styling assistance from a professional FFFWeek Style Team member
A pre-scheduled group fitting
12 garment showcase, 12 runway models will be provided
2 passes to Press/Buyer event
2 passes to the Opening Night event
2 passes to the Awards Ceremony
2 VIP passes to the Semi Formal Finale Event
Inclusion on event website with link to designer's web page
50% registration discount to FFFWeek Sample Sale
Photos of runway collection, video of individual runway showcase and also the
complete show.
Package #2 - Boutique or Retailer - $2,000. Package includes:
Venue, staging and lighting
Hair & make-up team (note: beauty look for showcase will be decided by
FFFWeek)
Styling assistance from a professional FFFWeek Style Team member
15 garment showcase, 15 runway models will be provided
A pre-scheduled group fitting
5 passes to Press/Buyer event
5 passes to the Opening Night event
5 passes to the Awards Ceremony
5 VIP passes to the Semi Formal Finale Event
Inclusion on event website with link to boutique/retailer's web page
50% registration discount to FFFWeek™ Sample Sale
Photos of runway collection, video of boutique/retailer runway showcase and also
the complete show.
Requirements for Submission (ALL):
An online application
Submission of 3 images of completed garments either from an existing
collection or to be used in your collection shown at FFFWeek™ 2012
A high resolution copy of your business or brand logo in .jpeg or .gif format
A two paragraph bio of your brand (please be sure to check for errors, bios will
NOT be edited)
A 50% showcase fee deposit - due within 15 days of acceptance into showcase
(please do not send money until you have been accepted into the showcase)
Showcase balance fee due no later than April 16, 2012.
Fittings
Once selected, showcase participants will be required to attend a group fitting to fit
models selected for their showcase on or around the week of May 14, 2012. Please note
we are unable to accommodate individual fittings.
Showcase participants who reside out of NYC may attend the group fitting mentioned
above. However, if participants are unable to attend the scheduled NY fitting, a group
fitting for out of state participants will be scheduled for Tuesday, June 12, 2012. This
will be the final opportunity to fit your models. Again, are unable to accommodate
individual fittings.
Registration Fees
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the showcase registration fee will be due 15 days
from your acceptance into the show or your slot will be released. Please do not send any
fees until you have been accepted into the showcase.. All balances are due on or before
April 16, 2012.
How to Register

Step 2: Complete the registration form and attach the necessary links, images, etc.
Step 3: You will receive a confirmation of your registration and will be informed if there
is a spot in the showcase for you.
Step 4: Once you receive confirmation that you have been selected to showcase, return to
this page and submit your payment using the appropriate payment links below
Step 5: You will have until April 16, 2012 to return to this page and submit the balance
of your showcase fees..
